Welcome to Salesy with Meghan. Today, Meghan sat down to talk with her guest, Mel.

Meghan introduces Mel and asks Mel what help her decide to go full throttle with her VA Agency.

Mel speaks about what it meant to shift focus to her agency and what that shift in her leadership looked like and the effort was needed behind this change.

She speaks about the shift in her personal relationships and how a change in our relationships can also require us to want to gain our time back from our work. We may not want to work every night anymore once we go through various stages of our life, we will want our nights and weekend back.

Mel tells Meghan about how she was able to move through and conquer the imposter syndrome that she had felt when focusing on her business.

Really defining who did she want to show up as and for.

Meghan and Mel touch on what are things to look for as a new CEO looking for a VA, what is it that you actually want to create and what is their personality is like. Mel suggests that skills can always be taught.

Mel talks about how those precious moments when running her VA agency, the VAs who do amazing work for their clients and the compliments that she receives from clients who are proud of the VAs work. It tells Mel that all of her initial effort and hard work means so much more.

Closing down coaching + what she’s learned with Mel Maw

Hey, I'm Meghan

I didn’t plan to end up in sales, but here I am, after 10 years, with over 350+ entrepreneurs served and probably not leaving anytime soon.

From getting fired after 11 grueling months in management to helping my clients double their revenue, I’ve learned that selling isn’t about sleazy pitches. It’s about connection, clarity, and confidence.

And now, I’m here to teach you everything I wish I had known when I started.

I TOOK MY LAST $200 AND TURNED IT INTO $200K IN MY FIRST YEAR.
