If you don’t know me, I’m Meghan Lamle. I’ve taught over 350 people how to create their own sales frameworks. I scaled my own business beyond six figures to $220k cash. I’ve done $100k launches (I’ve done flopped launches too).
When it comes to sales – there’s no unicorn sales framework out there. What’s going to work for one business owner might not work for you.
Sales is truly highlighting you, what you have to offer and how you help people.
Here’s the thing you need to know about making money in your business: you need sales AND marketing.
They go hand and hand. Marketing is creating the desire and sales is confirming it.
Where a lot of people struggle is overly focusing on marketing. But without a sales process, you don’t have a business.
You need sales to make money and if you’re not making money, you just have a really expensive hobby.
When you’re confident in your sales framework, you can raise your prices to surplus clients. You can create time and space to completely unplug.
I see so many business owners avoid it and get stuck in the trap of over marketing, hoping to sign clients but not getting the results.
This is one of the biggest differences between people who aren’t making money and the people who hit $5k, 10k or even 20k months.
Understanding sales is the first step to being able to create sales on repeat because you understand how and why people buy at the core.
There are reasons people buy and emotional triggers. There’s a lot of opportunity in conversations to explore the buyer and get really curious with them.
There is no way out from sales when you have a business. Sales is a skill and when you learn it you communicate better with people, you understand people better, and you make more money.
I get this often where people say I wish I could sell like you.
But if you could see me struggling to sell way back when I sold T-shirts and massage packages. Or even when I started my online business back in 2019 and was doing social media management.
I was DMing everybody asking them hey do you have a social media manager? I had to get those reps in to get good at sales.
A lot of sales programs are focused on mindset and energy and not strategic skill building.
Knowing the foundations of what sales is, what it embodies, what it looks like.
THEN putting those in action through repetition just like you did your multiplication tables in school.
And yes, I’m giving my clients scripts because scripts teach skills. This is why we have so many sales prompts inside Salesy.
Because when you have a sales framework, you can repeat it. The more you repeat it, the stronger the neural pathway in your brain becomes.
Plus with the frameworks, you spend less time thinking about what to say and more time executing and actually practicing sales.
You don’t need to change your personality or morph into someone else to make sales. You don’t need to sell in the exact same way your coach does.
I’ve been there thinking I was missing the secret sauce from a coach and thinking I had to change.
But here’s the thing: I don’t want you to become a version of me. I don’t want to make a bunch of little mini Meghans. I like being unique and I don’t want people to feel like they have to be me to be successful.
The framework that I teach allows people to make money and still be their own person. It all comes down to having marketing that sets you up for sales, AND understanding and learning sales.
But just remember, this isn’t a unicorn framework. There’s factors out of your control when it comes to business, like going viral, but what you can control is your sales process.
If you are someone who’s really interested in learning the framework, Salesy is going to be your best bet.
You get frameworks to sell, write emails, and market your business which helps you get way faster with content production.
Think less time thinking about what to say and more time recording the videos, batching your podcast and of course… practicing sales.
You can get Salesy for $97/month because I want sales to be accessible to you.

I never planned to be in sales, but here I am after 9 years and probably won’t leave.
I didn’t come out of the womb selling but having three older brothers taught me a thing or two about how to get my way.
When I graduated in 2017, I thought I would trade my Colorado casual for a pant suit and a growing career. That quickly turned into management and getting fired after 11 grueling months.
But I was on to something when my clients started making more money.. So I ran head out into teaching more sales.
If you are a female entrepreneurs who is sick and tired of being stuck in the same place, unsure how to scale your business, sign clients and enjoy.
