If you’ve ever found yourself staring at a screen wondering,
“Which offer should I be selling right now?”
You’re not alone—and you’re definitely not behind.
This is one of the most common (and most critical) questions I’ve gotten throughout my time coaching entrepreneurs, service providers, and coaches:
How do I know what offer to sell? And why do some offers bring in more sales than others?
This question goes beyond just “what’s trending” or “what converts on Instagram.”
It taps into the very core of how you design your business, how you show up as a CEO, and how your dream clients perceive the value of what you offer.
This blog post will walk you through how to identify the right offer to lead with—whether you’re launching, relaunching, or streamlining your business—and how to position it in a way that attracts your dream clients and drives consistent, scalable income.
Here’s what I know:
You’re not just here to make a quick buck.
You’re here to build something sustainable.
You want your clients to stay longer than 90 days.
You want to see transformation happen in their lives because they chose to work with you.
And for that to happen, you need more than “just an offer.”
You need the right offer—the one that connects deeply with your ideal client, sells with ease, and scales with your business.
Let’s start with this: not all offers are created equal.
The profitability of an offer isn’t just about price point. It comes down to five critical factors:
This is the cornerstone of sales psychology:
Does the offer solve the most pressing problem your dream client is actively trying to solve?
Most entrepreneurs create offers based on what they want to sell—not what their audience is hungry to buy.
The most profitable offers are the ones that meet people where they are in the buying cycle.
If you’re pitching a mastermind to someone who doesn’t even understand their core problem yet, that offer won’t land. But give that same person a well-positioned low-ticket starter product, and they might just become a lifelong customer.
Some offers naturally appeal to Drivers (results-focused), others to Analyticals (logic-based), Emotionals (story + transformation), or Connectors (community + vibe).
If your offer only caters to one type of buyer—especially in your content—you’re missing out on a massive chunk of your audience.
Two coaches can offer the exact same result. The one who communicates it better? She wins. Every time.
Profitable offers are clearly, emotionally, and urgently positioned as the solution your ideal client has been waiting for.
An offer might sell well but cost you too much time to deliver.
Profit isn’t just revenue. It’s what you keep.
Offers that are streamlined, high-leverage, and structured to deliver results efficiently will scale faster and more sustainably.
Here’s the hard truth most people avoid:
Your offer can only be as strong as your ideal client clarity.
This is not about “choosing someone who has money.”
When you build an offer around the assumption that people will invest just because, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment.
Instead, ask:
✨ Pro tip: If you don’t like the people your offer is attracting, it’s not the offer’s fault—it’s the messaging.
Your most profitable offer will be rooted in the problems you’re best at solving for the people you love helping most.
Vague statements like “save time” or “scale your business” sound good…
But they don’t sell.
Why? Because they’re not emotionally specific.
Emotion is what drives a sale. Not features. Not logic. Not what platform you deliver it on.
Ask yourself:
Examples:
If your offer connects to that level of emotion, the price becomes secondary.
Let’s get into the how.
Your audience doesn’t just want hope. They want a clear bridge from where they are now to where they want to go.
This is where you spell out:
Your offer becomes magnetic when people can see exactly how it will work for them.
People don’t just magically go from cold to “here’s my credit card.”
There are 5 stages of buyer readiness:
Your offer needs to match where they’re at.
For example:
Trying to sell a long-term program to someone who hasn’t even defined their problem? You’ll get silence every time.
The right offer meets the buyer at the right time—with the right message.
Knowing how to communicate with your ideal client and being able to actually do it are two different things.
Here’s my favorite exercise:
Roleplay explaining your offer to someone who knows nothing about business.
If they can understand:
Your messaging should always pass the “mom test.” If your mom (or partner or BFF) gets it, you’re good.
Before you finalize your offer, audit it for these common profit-killers:
✅ Are you solving a top-of-mind problem?
✅ Is your promise specific and emotionally driven?
✅ Is your delivery model sustainable for your energy and lifestyle?
✅ Does your sales process match their stage of awareness?
✅ Are you selling the transformation (not the logistics)?
You don’t need 10 offers. You need 1–2 that work really well and meet your clients where they are with a clear, repeatable sales process.
Here’s what happens when you nail your offer strategy:
✨ One client revamped her $1,500 group program by shifting the messaging from “more leads” to “get off the income rollercoaster” —and hit her first $20K launch.
✨ Another simplified her 4-offer suite into one signature offer and went from 3-month dry spells to 7 clients in 30 days—with zero ads.
✨ A service provider reframed her VIP days to focus on emotional outcomes (freedom, relief, confidence) and booked out her calendar weeks in advance.
This isn’t just about pricing. It’s about positioning. It’s about people.
And when you get both right, sales feel… inevitable.
Ask yourself these questions:
Confidence, demand, transformation, and excitement.
Those are the real indicators of an offer that will not only sell—but scale.
At the end of the day, creating the right offer is not about picking something “profitable.”
It’s about creating an experience that deeply serves your dream clients—and clearly shows them why now is the time to move.
A strong offer strategy changes everything:
You’re not here to sell what’s trendy.
You’re here to sell what transforms.
And that starts with the right offer—positioned the right way, to the right people.
If you’re doing all the right things—posting content, running your offer, even getting a few leads—but sales still feel inconsistent, it’s time to look under the hood.

This is not another fluffy freebie. It’s the strategic clarity you’ve been missing.
