When Client M came to me she was undercharging to the point that her highest month was a 2k month. Her hourly rate was somewhere between 20-25/hr for a GRAPHIC DESIGNER.
She was giving out free graphics, having clients pay late, and feeling like this was IT in her business.
I was connected with her because I had LOVED what she did for another coach, and the coach even told me “She’s kinda cheap.”
So you know the first thing we did? Raised her prices.
And instead of crossing her fingers and hoping people would buy, there was a consistent marketing and strategy paired with it. During the increase, Client M uncovered her fear.
She didn’t think people would pay her.
The reality was her clients were ready to pay her DOUBLE, taking her highest month from $2k to $5k cash in eight days of the month.
